Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team at hello@mallow.com.au with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our Melbourne warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
